InnoWent
- a regional arena for cooperation and sustainable growth
The intention of the Teknikdalen Foundation and the University of Dalarna is to work jointly over the period October 2007 to October 2010 to develop a strong infrastructure/arena to generate increased growth and employment in areas of knowledge both new and existing.
Innovators, contractors, small and medium-sized enterprises, researchers and students, the public sector, clusters and innovation systems and major organisations - regardless of who has a good business concept offering good potential for growth - will be given the opportunity to develop this within the scope of an existing company or in the form of a new company.
Collective delivery will allow us to greatly reinforce and develop an arena of this nature by means of initiatives for skills dissemination, good business concepts, intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship, business development, seed capital and risk capital, and internationalisation.
This development work will be taking place within the scope of the regional growth plan and the Dalastrategin under the name InnoWent.
Innowent is financed by European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), Region Dalarna, Borlänge Municipality, Falun Municipality and Innovationbron.
